Fake apartment for 80 euros a night

Criticisms:
The water boiler only has a capacity of approx. 50 liters, which means that you have to heat up the boiler 2-3 times for a full bath.
The apartment has a nasty smell of pigeon droppings because there is a gap of approx. 2 cm under the entrance door. When it rains, water and pigeon droppings flow unhindered into the apartment and settle in the sofa in the entrance area, as it has no legs and therefore absorbs the moisture directly. The air purifier placed there by the owner is not particularly helpful in this regard.
The apartment is located in the basement and would therefore be better described as a basement apartment.
The mattress of the double bed has a nasty "wet dog" smell.
And all that for 80 euros a night!
